I have booked to earumapalayam cvn school, but they booked for four roads culuny school. First they told Rs 140, after that received amount Rs 190, while returning time we booked for Red taxi same pick-up and drop place our received amount only Rs 113.97 why this much amount difference, i have call to the fast track staff these are the things we told and the told that we will return the amount, but they didn't take any steps i have attached the proof in message

I booked taxi one month back and I booked taxi at early morning to airport,they confirmed the booking but in the morning before half an hour they told that no taxi available at this time and after that they given taxi half an late than the booking time.. but they have not provided the tax invoice and they sent only the drivers receipt ...I am following near about one month for the invoice to claim in our office but till now they not provided and now they are not responding to my call or my mail. Very worst customer service and I am very disappointed

I weared Bluetooth headset, So I can't able to hear driver told. When I closed the door little faster. So he started shouting with me and he scolded me continuously in bad words and arguing. He asked extra money as tips. Kindly take action on him for his activities.

Very poor service by Jeyaraj agent. It looks like he works hand and glove with vehicle owners. I will never go with Fasttrack anymore and also stop my friends

We had booked a vehicle and we rescheduled it as the flight time got changed. But the owner of vehicle called and said we have to pay extra I called Fasttrack to complain this. But the agent called Jayaraj transferred the call to the vehicle owner again.I will no more go with Fasttrack and my friends also

Driver cheated us ( car no.TN13R0541)

Namaskar, I had booked a car to travel from Anna Nagar to Airport by fast track. Car no. TN13R0541 Day was Thursday 14 Dec 2023 at 1:30 AM. The Driver arrived at the right time and picked us up. After that the driver cheated on me and said that we were supposed to go to Terminal 4 but he dropped us at Terminal 2. When we asked about ,he said that Terminal 4 is closed. He lied to us because He had to take the car a little further to Terminal 4, due to which I had to walk for 1 kilometer with my parents. My father is a heart patient due to which I had to face a lot of problems. I want strict action to be taken against that driver and my payment should be returned to me which was Rs 100 more than what he had charged from me at the time of booking.

I booked an trip on immediate pick up for an emergency for my husband but the driver didn't accept my trip saying silly reasons first he told he doesn't know the drop place then he saying that my husband has drunk so he won't let him in the car is this the response v get as a customer y do we book an immediate pick we do it for an emergency only right he wasted my time for almost 1 hour...i need an answer for this complaint as soon as possible

I travelled from Ashok Nagar to Chennai Central Railway Station. When I booked the cab the fare was Rs 333. When I reached Central, the bill was Rs 576. No traffic, no stoppage anywhere, but the bill was quietly jacked up. Worse than the auto guys in Chennai who atleast demand a high amount upfront and dont change later. Will not use Fast Track again & I have deleted the app.

It's me Raji booked a call taxi and once I enter in the driver said the OTP was not accepting due to net problem .I started my journey from Balaji nagar and dropped at venkateshwara nagar. The bill amount is 100 but the driver get 280 from me and I haven't received the revised amount from your side. So just I want the revised bill amount. Vehicle no 6927.

Poor service details while booking & unnecessary waiting charges

I booked fast track on ,salem TN, 27th oct.2023.while booking no tariff details & waiting charges are given to me. But while drop waiting charges rs.80 was billed. Due to traffic jam the vehicle was delayed. But the amount collected from me . No proper response from office or driver. Very poor service.

Actully driver picked kandigai they drop point vandalur zoo i will travel 4 person 3 child child under 8 but the driver took too much amounts i will book that time show only 206 rs driver say you give 528 rs really too much extra cash take it very very bad service fasttrack cheating fasttrack don't book this app you will use better other app

Hi, Would like to get an explanation and follow up for having unsafe ride with the attitude driver. Im Mrs. Solomon and I had a ride with your fast track call taxi from Chengalpattu to Chennai on 14/5/23 1) Driver not aware of the route and when requested to check with outsiders, asking me why I dont know the route and told me that I have entered dropped off point wrongly 2) Upon checking with fast track staff Vanitha, told me that they have entered the correct location and noted the driver is so careless and singing song loudly when Im checking with your staff 3) Felt unsafe and I called my husband on video call and the driver asking why I should call my husband 4) When Im checking the way with outsider, driver interfere and told me to stop and checking other location which is away from my location (outsider told him that how come the customer asking kannikapuram and you are asking different location) 5) Upon reaching the location the driver doesnt let me remove my luggage and asked me to pay first 6) driver also threatened me that he knows, where he picked me up and he knows people over there and also At dropped off place. 7) I have called fast track line to complain and spoken to 7 different people to raise a complaint and they all focused on to pay the payment and not really listening to the issue. At last there was a person said they have taken the complaint but no details provided, again insisting me to pay fist.
